Exhibitors
It is my great pleasure, on behalf of Hal Reynolds, Ithaca College and the International Trombone Association, to invite you to exhibit at the International Trombone Festival 2004. ITF 2004 is being held at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, USA June 15 - 19, 2004.
This year's Festival will prove to be another wonderful experience. Ithaca College is a fantastic facility to host the Festival, the scenery is amazing, and the weather should be wonderful.
In an effort to make your experience more enjoyable during the Festival, we have changed some aspects relating to the exhibits.
- We are selling a 6' by 6' exhibit space. This will include a table that is 6' by 3' and a 6' by 3' floor space in front of that table.
- We have NOT changed the price of that exhibit space. The first space sells for
$265, with each additional space selling for $225. - We are using the afternoon of the 15th as the day that you come in and set up your exhibit. We are planning to have a reception for exhibitors that evening and would like for you to come and enjoy the evening activities.
- The exhibits will be open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on the 16th - 18th. Exhibit times will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on the 19th. The exhibit times will be listed in the program booklet, as well as lunch times for you, should you decide to use them.
In addition, we are looking into have "tryout rooms" available to the instrument companies where attendees can go to play in a quiet setting. This has not been finalized yet, but hopefully will come to be.
Enclosed with this letter, you should find the floor plans of the James J. Whalen Center for Music. You should also find the list of rooms we will be using for non-sound producing and sound producing rooms and the amount of tables each room will hold. If you have a preference of exhibit space(s), please let me know. Your space will be granted on a first come first serve basis. In addition, should you choose to advertise in the program booklet, I have also included the advertising sizes and rates.
I am very excited to be the Exhibit's Co-Ordinator again this year. I have really enjoyed getting to meet those of you that have attended the last two Festivals and have come to treasure your friendship. I will do my best to make ITF 2004 a uniquely wonderful experience for you.
Sincerely,
Jon Bohls Exhibit's Co-Ordinator
P. S. Just for you information, ITF 2005 will be May 25 - 28 in New Orleans.
