Air
Continental AirlinesBirmingham International Airport (BHX) offers scheduled and charter flights from 50 airlines to over 100 destinations across Europe, North America & the Middle East – with connections to hundreds more across the world.

Birmingham International Airport is located just 8 miles from the city centre has its own train station with regular and direct service (c. 10 minutes journey time) to Birmingham New Street Station or Five Ways Station which are both a short distance from all of the city centre venues.

Car
Driving times to Birmingham from London (2 hours), Manchester (1.5 hours), Cardiff (1.5 hours) and Glasgow (4 hours). The University does not offer parking facilities although there are three handy car parks near the Conservatoire on Cambridge Street, Brunel Street and one adjacent to the Holiday Inn on Suffolk Street, Queensway. The National Indoor Arena also offers additional parking facilities.

Train
New Street Station is located in the city centre with a regular route to London Euston taking just 90 minutes as well as most other major cities.  Also located in the city centre, Snow Hill and Moor Street Stations serve routes to London Marylebone and areas across the West Midlands. The recently renovated historic Moor Street Station completes Birmingham's three mainline stations, all of which have parking facilities and bus services conveniently located nearby.

The Conservatoire is a 10-minute walk from both New Street and Snow Hill Stations, and a 15 minute walk from Digbeth Coach Station. Follow directions to the Town Hall and Birmingham Central Library.
