The ITF is the largest trombone event globally, and the go-to destination for world-class artists, teachers, and industry specialists. The 2024 program promises to be one of our best yet, with a diverse roster of events, including inspiring recitals, competition finals showcasing exceptional talent, enlightening lectures, captivating presentations, and as always, the biggest gathering of trombone-related exhibitors in the world. The ITF also puts a special focus on nurturing young talent through a dedicated youth workshop, providing a unique opportunity for budding trombonists to develop their skills and passion for the instrument.

OUR TICKETING PARTNER (ZEFFY) IS A SPECIAL FUND-RAISING PLATFORM THAT SAVES NON-PROFITS LIKE THE ITF A LOT OF MONEY. PURCHASERS HAVE THE OPTION TO CHOOSE HOW MUCH THEY WILL PAY IN TRANSACTION FEES. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE AS LOW AS ZERO DOLLARS IN TRANSACTION FEES. TO HELP KEEP ZEFFY ALIVE AND AVAILABLE FOR NON-PROFITS, PLEASE PAY WHAT YOU CAN.
HOUSING: DORMS
Dorm registration is now open! Adults and youth will register separately.
ALL DORM STAYS ARE 5-NIGHTS, FROM TUES, MAY 28-SUN, JUNE 2. MEAL PLANS BEGIN AT DINNER ON TUES, AND END AT BREAKFAST ON SUNDAY.
NO PARTIAL OR PRO-RATED RATES ARE AVAILABLE.
ALL DORM STAYS INCLUDE A REQUIRED MEAL PLAN: 3 MEALS PER DAY, FROM DINNER TUES NIGHT-BREAKFAST SUN MORNING. TCU CAFETERIAS CAN ACCOMMODATE ALL DIETARY RESTRICTIONS.
MEAL PLANS ARE INCLUDED IN PRICES LISTED BELOW.
ALL ROOMS INCLUDE LINENS.
YOUTH CANNOT STAY IN ADULT DORMS (EVEN IF WITH A PARENT) - YOUTH MUST STAY IN YOUTH DORMS.
ONLY THOSE REGISTERING AND PAYING FOR DORMS CAN STAY IN CAMPUS HOUSING; PLEASE DO NOT “DOUBLE UP” IN SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to the above policies, which are determined by campus housing.

PRICES
ADULTS - $530.00, flat rate, for room + meals: Adult attendees will be housed in apartment-style dormitories with a private bedroom and a shared bathroom.
YOUTH- $450.00, flat rate, for room + meals: Youth attendees will be housed in double occupancy rooms, with a roommate, and a shared bathroom down the hall. Roommate requests will be honored if possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Youth will be chaperoned by on-site counselors, at a ratio of 10 campers/1 counselor. Price is by the bed, not by the room.
