Being a Student Worker or Student Leader at the ITF is a wonderful opportunity to:

• attend the festival for free

• be inspired by the world-class artists and teachers

• grow your professional resume

• meet new friends from all across the world

Student Workers work about 6-8 hours a day and have the rest of the day to attend the festival. We need young folks who are professional, motivated, friendly, and level-headed.

Student Leaders have more responsibility and are required to have strong leadership capabilities. Our Student Leaders often began as Student Workers, returning to the ITF for multiple years!
